Whoever loses Donaire-Montiel should remain in P4P List

When great fighters face each other someone has to lose. The winner is the GOAT and the loser shouldn't be thrown in the trash. When two elite fighters faceoff no matter the outcome both should retain their status and not lose too much stock. We see it too many times in boxing fans/analyst Williams/Martinez and Bradley/Alexander are good examples. IMO Juanma Lopez should not jump ahead of the loser by just standing pat. This may be apart of the reason we don't get fights we want to see because we trash fighters after losing.

If it's a hard fought 12 round decision (won't be), then yeah. If Cochulito gets blitzed in two rounds (he probably won't), then he shouldn't. If Donaire wins spectacularly (probably will) he should go to number 3.

        Somebody might get wiped out.

I would consider dropping them down or off the list.

It really depends on how they lose. If it's a controversial loss like JMM against Pac, he still stayed.

depends how the fight goes. If one of them gets mutilated one sidedly, then theyre going to drop off the list.

to be honest I dont see why Donaire is there in the first place. Adamek deserves to be in p4p lists.
Montiel deserves to be there though.

it depends on a lot of factors and one of them is how the fights are fought, I do remember Manny fighting Marco, Eric & Juan Manuel for the first times going 1-1-1, he remain on the p4p top 10 and Marco and Eric also remained their for sometime ...

I dont rate Montiel in the p4p top 10. I see Donaire putting on a dominant display to move him up.

Montiel definitely shouldn't get dropped unless he gets blown out. His recent line of work has been great.
