WBC is pathetic. Just absolutely desperate for money hahahaha. Can't wait to see them go under, they deserve it.

Look at the Hopkins-Pascal II fight, not only did it go to purse bid, showing that the WBC broke it's own rules yet again since the champ only has to fight a mandatory once a year, but they also made it for the WBC light heavyweight belt AND Diamond belt so they could double up on sanctioning fees.

I guess Golden Boy paid WBC more money than Vanes.

Erik Morales also is ranked WBC #1 at 140. Explain that one. It's money.

Unfortunately that's true.

Vanes started off on track but his career is at a stand still at the moment, hopefully it won't be a dead end. I want to see him in the ring asap as I know he still has a lot to prove and show the fans so they won't be so dismissive of him.

WBC is as corrupt as it gets. Saul has 4 fights at 150 against mediocre WW's and he's #1? Rhodes won a title eliminator 2 years ago, yet is unable to get a shot at the belt.

For some reason mexicans get ranked at #1 without even fighting anybody, just like Marg, saul and Morales currently ranked #1 at 140

On Wednesday the WBC announced that Alvarez-Hatton was being sanctioned as a fight for the vacant junior middleweight title.
