Doesn't matter what Manny said for the second negotiations because at the end of the day. Floyd was ready to fight Pac and Pac was not ready when Floyd was during the first negotiations. Going to fight another fighter when you're supposed to fight another over giving blood, is officially called a duck. Hard to cosign Floyd being afraid to fight Pacquiao, when Pac was the one who walked away from the table.

So for this guy, Floyd can say and do whatever because of the first negotiations .... and no matter what Manny says now, it doesn't matter .... lol!

Negotiation 1: If someone ACCUSED your Floyd of something, would you blame Floyd for refusing to fight him? Or for not giving in to his exact demands?

From the word, you should be realizing that it was a negotiation not "what can we do for Floyd to make him happy".

Manny said that he would even take the test between rounds just to get this fight on .... BUT for you, it doesn't matter because all you care is about Negotiation #1 ..... NOT ABOUT GETTING THE FIGHT ON!!!

Personally, I hope that Manny does agree to the terms just so we can finally see a fight. Actually, even if its completely random testing I doubt very much that they would test with less than 7-10 days.

I corrected part of your post, as Pac did not actually fight everyone, as he only had 1 fight at 135 and 1 fight at 140, both against dubious opponents ( He must've been smoking a doobie when he thought David Diaz was the best 135 lber in the world.) And made the jumps from 130 to 135 to presumably avoid a 3rd fight with JMM (which most of the Media on Earth had him losing in their 2nd encounter) and then up to 147, and later 140 to presumably avoid JMM, Humberto Soto (Who bloodied up his brother in 2007, and made Pac openly CRY live on HBO.) and Juan Diaz (who called out Pac when he was still undefeated)

3. Split decision caused by a slip, counted as a KD by the ref.
