I would say that his reluctance for taking random blood testing is one piece of evidence. They always say in the USA that people are innocent until proven guilty. This is false. You always look guilty until you take certain tests. Example of this is Mark McGwire. McGwire always said that he was not taking any PEDs but in the end, he had to confess because it was always eating away at him.

Look at Lance Armstrong. Dude is always hounded by steriod allegations. The problem is that he always is taking random drug tests and passing them.

Just flip the script. If Team Pacquiao and Team Mayweather were in negotiations and Pacquiao's team says, "We want Floyd to undergo strict, random, olympic style blood and urine testing before the fight." And if Floyd says, "No, I am clean and all my blood and urine tests before every fight, I am clean. Check the tests." Wouldn't that draw your ire and say, "Why doesn't he just want to take the blood tests?"
