Rhodes was never given a chance to win it against anybody. He was suppose to face Sergio for it, but sergio vacated the belt. Then instead of having Rhodes fight for it, they give it to the Pac-Marg fight and now Saul-Hatton

If I remember correctly Angulo was #1 ranked by the WBC before this whole Pac/Marg WBC vacant catchweight belt thing took place when Angulo beat Alcine to win a title eliminator.

How did he just get jumped in line for all these fighters?
