Not when it comes to deterrence when you know you have a 7 day window versus 18 days where you have no idea if you will get tested or not.

the deterrence is the same. no such PEDs exist where you gain benefit from using it 7 days before the fight that is not detectable by urine-testing and blood-testing immediately after the fight.

If Manny has no issue with 18 days he should have no issue with USADA testing, they could test you but they probably won't what is the down side~ if you aren't a cheat that is and they decide to test you closer to the fight
