Floyd and *****s say that Pac still hasn't agreed to OSDT testing. Pac and *******s say that OSDT will no longer be an issue as long as Floyd says that he is willing to fight.

If Team Pacquiao is bluffing about their willingness to accept full OSDT, then it seems to me that all Floyd has to do to destroy their credibility is to call their bluff. But then, there is the risk that Pac isn't bluffing at all and he would be forced to fight.

Not when it comes to deterrence when you know you have a 7 day window versus 18 days where you have no idea if you will get tested or not.

If Manny has no issue with 18 days he should have no issue with USADA testing, they could test you but they probably won't what is the down side~ if you aren't a cheat that is and they decide to test you closer to the fight
