      I just double checked and Saensak Muangsurin won the WBC title at 140 in his third pro fight.

      That has to be the record.

      Also, Paul Weir won the vacant Minimum weight title in his 6th fight.

        Makes sense. Look at SRL and ODLH. They came straight to from olympics with gold and were big time in no time. Look at the amateurs coming in today. No disrepect, but look at guys like berto. He accomplished a lot and was knocking guys out, to pretty much start all over again with nobody knowing who he was.
