Khan -V- Barrera II @ 140lbs : Who Wins? I think the first fight wasnt fare because of the cut, Barrera just knocked out an opponent in the second round and he said he wants a title shot.

Now that Khan is a champion, Barrera has the chance to be the first Mexican to win 4 world titles in 4 weights, Before someone like Morales. I believe a rematch between Khan and Barrera would be levels above "McCloskey".
