But, that is an opinion not a fact...And, I disagree with your opinion. Right now, at this time at 147 I THINK IMO Berto could possibly beat all 3...JMO.

yeah that was an opinion of mine. if you think berto can beat the 3, then that's fine. that's your opinion. but to say pac-mosley is a BS fight i will then say pac-berto is a BS fight. it's an opinion btw.

well marquez has an option not to gain weight just like what pacquiao did against margarito. sorry but jmm doesn't have business at 140 or even so 147. btw, floyd fans only comment when there is a floyd in the topic.

oh i get it, since this is a pacquiao thread, mayweather should be there as well right?

And when Team Pac chose Mosely over JMM and Berto they all said either of the other choices were better then Mosely. Now a second of the three is being discussed for his next fight and only Berto will be a credible fight. With some people, there is no winning situation. But it is what it is.

Right. To some, this fight is only credible if Pac does what's best for JMM. Why should he do that? JMM had no complaints about going up in weight for a fight with FMJ - his only stipulation was for neither of them to go OVER the agreed upon weight, which Floyd DID. JMM himself has been advocating a fight with Pac by stating he would go up to 147. JMM has not been shy about ripping Manny so, even though many fans don't like it - he, himself has no complaints about the weight to my knowledge.

Listen, I know people will disagree vehemently about the whole weight issue thing, and maybe it is simplistic for me to say, but I don't think agreeing to a 147lb. means the fight is not credible. Nobody said JMM HAS to put on all of the weight. Manny himself came in at 144lbs for a 150lb fight, and only put on 4lbs over night. I don't see why JMM can't shoot for 140lbs for fight night (which most state is the weight that would be credible) and hydrate 3 or 4lbs over night. It's not like Mannys going to outweigh him by like 15lbs ffs. JMM wants to prove he's great in a higher weight class (and he stands to make his own 4th title/4th division), he can prove his own greatness by coming up in weight properly and not just throwing it on and looking fat like he did against Floyd. It's not going to be some disparraging weight difference like some make it out to be, when JMM comes IN fight night averagely (I believe) around 144-145lbs ANYWAY. I wouldn't doubt if Manny didn't shoot for 140lbs during training as well, and 147lb limit will allow him to comfortably hydrate another 3 or 4lbs the next day.

These comments by Arum only debunk the ****** excuses they made before about Marquez. He wasn't pricing himself out, they just don't want to do big business with GBP.
I agree. It was less then 2 months ago, when the 3 choices were presented as Pacs next opponent options, that Arum was stating that JMM doesn't have good drawing power (even though the fight would be on Mexican Independence Day LMAO) and, in Bobs own words that JMM needed to prove himself at a higher weight first. Oh Lordy Bob, you say so much **** you can't keep up with yourself.

Pac has said he would like to go down to 140 again. Bradley would be ideal there also.

Arum has mentioned Pac to fight Mayorga or the winner of Cotto-Margarito II at JMW. However, if Pac fights at JMW it should be against Martinez.

Floyd is not the only fight out there.

And, none of these fights would be hard to make if he really wants them.
I'm not saying you're wrong JRO, but I haven't heard that from Pac in some time. Even in one of Manny's most recent press conference videos (posted on here a day or so ago), Manny said when he was asked about fighting JMM that it would only happen at 147. To my knowledge, he's been saying that for quite some time now.

I hope Marquez makes them both look like fools.

If anyone from the retirement home can do it, Marquez can. He's like fine wine, he gets better with age.

I can't wait until after the fight when the same people who called Marquez an old man/piss drinker jump on his nuts faster than Lindsey Lohan snorts crack.

Marquez would sadly get destroyed, there is absolutely no point in the fight, it wouldn't fairly conclude the series, Pac should have took the immediate rematch offered after the second bout.

Oh really Arum, you lying old cvnt ?

No more..... " prove yourself first by fighting Berto " rubbish ?

And let me guess, it would have to be at 147, correct ?

Because we can't have poor wee Manny starving himself now can we ?

                    You lying old cvnt.

Then again, that fight is months away, you will probably be dead by then.

i don't like the jmm fight until jmm proves he can hang at WW.

otherwise, I think arum is just ****in with GBP and trying to get jmm to leave gbp.
