Chavez being Pac next possible opponent?

Is Chavez a possible opponent for Pac if he wins out against Zbik and Cotto? Yes I seriously believe he is. And, Arum has mentioned before about Pac-Chavez Jr match up.

Is Chavez the next BEST possible opponent for Pac? No he is not...Not even remotely close.

And, no Mayweather is not the only fight out there....There are others is just seem team Pac are not too interested in them. They rather fight all these recycled fighters.
ok if mayweather is not the only fight out there for pac and you being one of pac's fan being him an active busy fighter today and as a boxing hardcore fan with deep insight of boxing, and besides mosley who according to you did not earn a "deserved fight" with pacquiao, who among the true welterweight is a deserving candidate for pacquiao as his next opponent?

      At 147 Berto is.

Pac has said he would like to go down to 140 again. Bradley would be ideal there also.

Arum has mentioned Pac to fight Mayorga or the winner of Cotto-Margarito II at JMW. However, if Pac fights at JMW it should be against Martinez.

Floyd is not the only fight out there.

And, none of these fights would be hard to make if he really wants them.

Don't know why some people are shocked or at least feigning shock that Marquez's contract running out=he's a worthy Pac opponent. Bob has made it crystal clear that he has no intention of co-promoting when it comes to his cash cow. Same thing is happening with Bradley. As soon as the Marquez fight is signed/finished, he (Timothy) will become the 'leading candidate' if he plays his cards right.

Thus clearing all those claims that Marquez never really wanted to fight Pacquiao and was plotting this master plan to price himself out, right?

he can fight manny sure but there is no merit for that. if ever an agreement is made, berto did not "earned" it. it will be because there are no real contenders for pacquiao as of the meantime while mayweather is still being on vacation.

well pac-berto will be a BS fight as well according to your logic. berto is a hype job with a fake-earned belt. cotto/mosley or even nargarito will kick the guy's ass bigtime. wbc title-holder my ass.

and keep supporting BS hype-job fighters. i think you want pacquiao to fight berto just for pacquiao become undisputed champion at 147. i'm a pac fan too but sorry, just so to unify welterweight titles you want pacquiao to go this route is just LAME.

let berto and pac fight but without the title. OR let berto beat a mosley or a cotto or even a margarito and win and then put his title against pac and i'm all for it.
