I think you missed my point. You said that Marquez hasn't looked good lately (since the Floyd fight), therefore, I said that should have been the reason he got the Manny fight. I mean, that seems to be the pattern of Manny's last three opponents (although he hasn't fought Shane yet).

Because JMM is not in a position to dictate terms on Pac. He will fight to Pac's terms..

This is funny, you are comparing Mosley, Clottey, Marg, and Cotto, who are big legitimate top WW, to JMM. All those 4 fighters may have lose in their previous fights, but they lose against each other. And they had wins (in the case of Marg and Cotto) after those loses.. Mosley was not exactly lookin' good in his last few fights when he fought Floyd either.. Other than the Marg fight, he has been lookin' like **** in his other previous fights (Mayorga and Cotto)..

              I got a question...

If somehow, someway, in the weirdest of circumstances, mosley beats pacquiao... Will marquez dare to fight mosley?

Right. Your guesses are as good as mine...

My point remains, JMM should have gotten the fight based on him "not looking good since the Floyd fight", etc.

Martinez and Chavez needs to happen, than maybe they can come and pick on the smaller guys like Cotto and Pac....

and everyone knows chavez has skill bro, he just hasn't fought anybody with a name yet bro, that's all, so when he fights Martinez (which has been talked about, nit like ur saying about Pac, Chavez) then u can discredit him on hs performance if he looses...
Wait....Are you saying Chavez Jr would/could beat Pac?

Man if Pacquiao fights JMM I would be surpriced. I thought maybe on 2012 it would happen.

These comments by Arum only debunk the ****** excuses they made before about Marquez. He wasn't pricing himself out, they just don't want to do big business with GBP.

I know what you are tryin to say.. that Pac fights fighters that didnt look good in their previous fights. There's no point in your analogy because it was not always the case (Hatton, Marg are good examples).

And because Pac fought the top WW's that have lost and won against each other. His last 4 fights proves that.. So given that analogy, JMM couldnt be a viable opponent since he wasnt in the mix.
