He has already been convicted and took a plea deal and wont serve time

This suit is a civil case, where she is looking solely for money

Thing is about civil court is that it doesnt have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt like in criminal court

For example OJ was innocent in criminal court but guilty in civil court, where he had to pay like 23 mil

Yea, the standard of evidence for a civil case is based on a preponderance of evidence more likely than not, etc. But the problem is the differing types of evidence in this case. She's gonna have to prove something entirely different based on different factors. The fact that the d.a. didn't proceed with this case has nothing to do with star power and everything to do with a lack of evidence. That's just the truth and I saw it from the beginning.
