I'm starting to think there was never a contract, and there was no robbery. Khan can hardly spell let alone orchestrate the robbery of an official contract from the room of a popular hotel.

I strongly suspect Ariza tried to sort the money out with Team Khan and got the run around and went to Khan straight to sort things out. The "contract" is most likely an IOU. There does not seem to have been enough time or oppotunity to get a
Lawyer to draw up a formal contract. If it is an IOU Khan will argue he signed it under duress I doubt it would hold up in court. That would explain no legal action.
As for the hotel room . Did Ariza or team Khan pay for it ? If Team Khan paid for it (I think that is the case) I would imagine they have the right to get a key and open the door to "Their" room. That is the "Break IN" IMO. There is no damaged door etc.

I'm from the UK in a city where there are a lot of Pakistani and Indians. They commit 99.9% of fraud, theft, crime and corner cutting scams. It's in their blood. Trust me Ariza is right on this one. Khan just wants to keep all his cash to himself and his family, even though we all know he wouldn't of won that fight without Ariza(and the ref). I struggle to comprehend how he has all these new fans when he is a scumbag, who got knocked out in 54 secs and won't fight that guy again LoL, but claims he will. You're not a natural born warrior like a Froch or Tyson, so don't be saying "put me in the ring with any fighter" cos you know you don't want that. If you fought the best and most dangerous Amir you'd lose ever fight.
