I would have thought it unlikely that Ariza carried his contracts around with him, and I would have thought it highly unlikely that if he did carry his contracts around with him, that they would be the original copies.

Not calling hotel security or the police just doesn't sound right either.

In saying that, it is probably correct that he has not yet been paid.

My bottom line, unless more information comes to light..... If there was any truth to Ariza's claims, they would be discussing this in court.

If they really stole those documents, why doesn't Ariza go to the police? There are so many cameras in the hotel so there will be evidence showing that they "broke" into his hotel room.
