The article tells you: legal bills of $4.2 million to get rid of two shady managers, $2.2 million in back taxes, bad investments, etc.

Tua is a bad luck magnet as well. He's has a terrible time lately, with family members dying and falling ill, money problems, problems in the ring, etc.
