Lacy was a decent fighter. but still no doubt overrated. he struggled against Omar Sheika and Syd Vanderpool before Calzaghe, which was a warning sign that he wasnt exactly unbeatable.

very good win, but imo in head to head matchups even in his prime I think Bika would have beaten him. but thats my own opinion, and you should give Joe full credit for the win.

Everyone calzaghe beats automaticlly goes to "bum" status or "out of prime "

Of course the day before the fight they are top 5 p4p and belt holders, but after calzaghe beat the **** out of them they are "overrated bums" or " RJJ was too old " or "Bhop got robbed! "

American boxing fans can't stand to see a white european male that good. It hurts them that he retired undefeated sparking out lacy, rjj, then to top it off destroying bhop.

He was an ok fighter, it doesn't go further than that, not a bum though.

Good physique with some punching power was his calling card. Due to his virtually non-existent defense, it was a matter of time 'til someone found his number.

He was ok just never had it for that next level. Somethin like a Miranda. Clubbers are fun to watch while their winning but it usually ends ends early for those type of guys.
