If by 'popular' you mean who do people like more, no doubt it's Pacquiao, but I would think Floyd gets slightly more attention, that's just my feeling though.

I think Floyd is more well known maybe in the world, but then maybe Pac is.

Neither are Tyson status though.

In the World, easily Manny, he has a whole country behind him, with a population of 90m, plus hes popular along East Asia.

In the US they are comparable.
