Anyone Rate Bermane Stiverne?

I've only seen this guy once and that was on the Bradley vs Alexander undercard. He knocked out undefeated Kertson Manswell in the 2nd round. It was a nice finish. He looked good in this fight but he never had a stiff test. He's been Ko'd once by Demetrice King who had an 11-15-0 record at the time which isn't good but look at Pacqiuao, he got KO'd early in his career and he turned out well. His record is 20 (19 KO's) -1-1. Anyone rate him or will he be another fighter with a padded record that gets dropped when he faces a name?

hes very unproven.i own a few of his fights including the king fight.king is heavyhanded but limited.stiverne owns 3 regional belts so hes in the mix but keep in mind his 2 best opponents are demetrice king & charles davis...he's (0-1-1)...lots to prove yet but king will get him some big fights now with those 3 regional belts
