    Anyone like Showtime commentators?

I usually listen to the UK commentators or HBO, but recently there have been some fights on Showtime. Also I have seen old fights with Showtime and I don't know the gys name, but he has a sort of female type voice but still manly.

    He's quite good I feel.

Honestly, I don't care about the commentators. In fact, I mute the volume during important bouts so I can have better appreciation of the fight. Commentators tend to lean towards their personal fav fighters and thus make bias comments.

Al Bernstein is the best boxing commentator in the biz, might be best all time. Love listening to that guy, he understands, respects and knows his boxing.

Not sure but they seem like real fans who are vibrant.

They don't seem to be bias and since they don't do proper score cards, it doesn't affect fans.

In fact they give some good actual boxing analysis too.

Antonio Tarver: the best commentator/analyst: objective, fair, and insightful

Steve Albert, Gus Johnson, Curt Menafee: okay most of the time

Al Bernstein: extremely biased and phony

Steve Farhood: awful, gay-sounding and biased like Bernstein

I haven't heard him being bias!

But maybe you have seen him more than me.

Tarver is very good too. I feel Roy, Hopkins and Tarver are great at talking boxing. I also like Steward most of the time and Foreman.

Well, it's either Farhood or Bernstein, but Farhood usually does ShoBox.

Overall, I think their team is pretty good, I prefer it over HBO's.
