IMO I think Quartey was a much better boxer than Clottey!

Bazooka Ike,had the jab & always tried to win.Even when he was knocked out & he kept throwing punches against Oscar,a prime Oscar.At 147,Ike had a killer jab & was a beast.Clottey has the handspeed size & defense.But he comes up wayyyyyy short in the activity section.U cannot win many fights averaging 20 punches a round.
