hmm...debatable. Hopkins was pretty unproven. and although like you said a lot of them were out the door or changing divisions, guys like Toney, McCallum, Jackson, Kalambay, McClellan, and Johnson deserved to be above Hopkins at that present time.

irrelevant. fact is Roy never beat a prime Hopkins, so Im not going to give him credit for a win over a prime Hopkins, even though it was a solid win. its as simple as that.
