He's still an ATG and has one of the best resumes in boxing, but he's a bit behind PBF.
roy was 48-0 before that fluke loss to montiel

That alone should seal the deal since Toney is a top 50 ATG.

But to be fair to Toney, he wasn't at his best that fight and basically beat himself.

I'd pick Toney to knock Jones out 9 times outta 10.

The problem is that the Castillo "win" is not really a win.

Maybe Marciano has a better resume than Ali because he was undefeated and Ali lost to Spinks.

That being said, Roy Jones has the better resume of wins.

            Montiel wtf?

He was 48-0 before he lost to Tarver. If he retired after beating Ruiz he'd be GOAT possible, but those losses to competition who couldn't touch him in his prime damages his resume. Not his legacy because real boxing fans know in his prime he'd KO1 Calzaghe, Green and Tarver on the same night, but his resume.

PBF is 42-0 and will probably surpass Marciano (without having a record full of stiffs) before he retires.

The DQ against Montell Griffen but RJJ got his redemption via a 1st round KO.

                What a left hook.

                  Neither was Roy.

Hopkins was ranked no1 in the division and Roy was no.2
