    Stop trolling buddy.

He went on to be world champ. He beat some good fighters man. Smoke Gainer, Manfredy, Casamayor, PoPo Freitas, JLC. I'm not sure if that is a hall of fame career, but he had some success after he lost to Floyd Jr., let's be real now.

This is actually a great thread. Good to see a thread in NSB that good discussions about Boxing can take place, rather than the usual fanboy *****.

When I hear people say he has no guts or he's a coward. Or other crazy nonsense of that nature. I ask that they watch that fight. To gut it out with JLC(who was a bonified beast when they met up), injured, and then do and immediate rematch and dominate. I dont know very many fighters of this day and age that would do such. Sure plenty say they would, but none have readily done it like Floyd did. I wish he would fight more often as every one else does. But even if he only fights once a year, to me it doesnt take away what this guy does when he's in the ring.

lol wow who didnt see that response from you coming lol...

The question was who was more spectacular performance wise....

Not how good the person was prior to fighting...or are they living hall of fame legends....

How often do you get to see a pfp fighter get dropped x5 times????
When was the last time you saw a fighter get dropped 5x that was good???

As great of a win as Pac had against Barrera in their first fight Marco had already been through countless wars and was probably no longer in his prime, but Pac still KO Barrera and he gets full credit for that.

However, Mayweather fought a young, undefeated, and prime Corrales. At the time of the fight both guys were on the p4p list. Furthermore, Floyd put on one of the best boxing exhibitions I've ever seen. Floyd proceeded to knock Corrales down 5 TIMES and got the KO in the tenth round. Who thought a much smaller Mayweather would KO the power punching Corrales? That performance is without a doubt one of the best boxing performances I've ever seen, that's the stuff legends are made of.

                  Thoughts?

                  Another classic Floyd ass beating.

But the way Mayweather beat him was spectacular.

except for the mouthpiece spitting for like 3-4 times which some say were intentional- i don't know for sure, really- I say it was the JLC- Chico was the best fight I've ever seen.

Man, floyd is the best skilled fighter right now, bar none and I think he has all the tools to beat my idol pacquiao but until the fight happens, nobody's going to believe.

I tell people here in our country to watch floyd's fights first before they say that pac easily beat mayweather.
