They fought more then cause the HAD to..now they get paid so much once they reach a certain level,they cherry pick and only fight so often.They avoid fighters,dont avenge loses,back out of fights over the smallest things and then in the same breath call themselves great...Greatness isnt defines by your skill set,,its defines by what you overcome,the risk you take and your character.money ruins alot of things and changes people,it makes them think they're bigger than they really are.I wish boxing was more like the ufc where the best HAD to fight the best NO QUESTIONS ASKED..old school fighters define what boxing should be about now..no bull**** just fight

Alotta guys in the past didn't get opportunities when they should have too it wasn't all perfect back then but right now we gotta admit boxing is at a lowpoint. -

Boxing has a long history of boxers ducking, cherrypicking, fighters backing out, etc.

Back in the day guys wouldnt quit the fight because of a slightly head butt like devon alexander just did.
And UFC is not a sport, and the best still don't fight the best in the UFC. Fedor never fought lesnar as champ, overeem won't fight fedor, edgar won't fight aldo, couture never got his shot at fedor.Comment
