WBO/IBO/IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49KOs) is still willing to fight WBA champion David Haye (25-1, 23KOs) on July 2. Klitschko is already set to face unbeaten Dereck Chisora on April 30 and former two-division champion Tomasz Adamek in September. Klitschko doesn't care if the fight happens in Germany or England, he just wants to get Haye in the ring.

An ultimatum ?

Now, it sounds like Wlad doesn't really want that fight.

It must be clearly obvious to ANYONE, that an ultimatum will not work with somebody who has proven to be unreasonable.

I'd say the fight is sunk now.

I agree, and slapping an ultimatum on top of that is going to force the issue?

That is a very strange move by Wlad, who understands the business of boxing very well indeed.

Wlad needs to clear his schedule and fit in with Haye, because if K2 remove all of the show-stoppers, public opinion may help force the issue.

It does not look like Haye is in a hurry to " volunteer " for this fight, but why on earth would Haye agree to fight Wlad only 9 weeks after Wlad fights Chisora?
