Berto-Ortiz wont be at a catchweight; full-fledged welterweight bout

I've been defending Berto not fighting Cintron here lately a little bit and I don't know why. Cintron is a fruit cake and all that, but Ortiz is mentally weak too even though he doesn't do off the wall stuff like Cintron does. I think Berto looks like a punk for taking this fight instead.
