I don't understand why these fighters need tune ups either. They might as well call it, a pay day fight. I'm not a fan of tune ups. These fighters fight maybe 3 times a year, 4 tops...then if they lose to a top opponent, they fight a tune up. I'm not a fan of it.

tune ups should only be fore guys who arent active ala oscar at the end of his career fight a tune up then a big fight roy jones or fighters comming off a big lose like abraham and paul williams.

but if your active already fighting top guys in your division why not continue? and to fight this guy but you say prescott hasnt done anything to earn a shot is bogus. i mean he knocked you out already isnt that enough to warrant a rematch? you telling me you couldnt fight peterson or katsidis? lmaooo khan is a joke. guys liek that do that because they are afriad they might lose before they can get to a huge fight.

khan and haye are disgrace to guys like froch and hatton. say what you want about hatton and froch but win or lose they fight the top guys. khan will never have a legion like hatton. what a big puss

McCloskey is a decent fighter, it's a good fight for Khan. McCloskey is a top-10 ranked JWW, southpaw, undefeated and has decent speed and power. It's a good fight for the British public too.

Kotelnik, Malignagii and Maidana were/are top-10 ranked fighters and Khan beat them all. Khan's putting in the work and cleaning up the division. He's 4-0 at JWW and will be 6-0 after he beats McCloskey and then Bradley to become undisputed/lineal champion.

He's ranked 10th in the division and could just as easily not be ranked. Its fine as a tune-up, but lets not pretend he's cleaning up the division by fighting him. And @ you giving him the win over Bradley already as if Khan has 0 chance of losing that fight.

Now he wants to take a Mediocre fight and it makes him a clown?
