if wifebeater fought the best on a consistent basis, he would atleast have 1 loss. I'm talking about a murder's row... like tzyu, cotto, hatton at jr WW, then judah, marg, cotto again at WW, then mosley, forrest, dlh, winky at 154 lbs.

best guy to give wifebeater losses would be forrest (skills + height + reach) and winky (defense + size) imho.
