As for fighting other p4p greats,I think it is asking to much of Manny...Arum won't allow this.Even the JMM trilogy would be spoiled, because Manny would want it at 147 and it would be 5 years since the last rematch when they could have had a trilogy directly after (waiting for people to say JMM outpriced himself to duck Manny-lol).
When Mayweather was the unquestioned P4P King, he fought Hatton, JMM, and Mosley, who were all top 5 P4P when he fought them. That's the kinda thing I want from Pac. I could care less about the weights. IMO, Pacquaio-Marquez III should happen at 147 because Pac is established at the weight. I think the whole, JMM is ineffective above lightweight is just something the Pacquaio faithful has latched onto to **** on Mayweather's perfoemance against JMM. JMM is one of the 2-3 best fighters of his era. There's no way he goes from ATG at lightweight to total bum at welter. Its not even a logical debate.

Kotelnik is a solid fighter (also a very good amateur in his time) and styles make fights.Sure,Maidana posed more of a threat because he has a hard punch, but ranking is obviously important-otherwise Khan wouldn't have that strap around his waist, would he? He didn't get one off of Maidana....in fact,if we wanna get down to it,do you think Khan would have the balls to give Maidana a rematch??? I can see that fight being a big one and realistically,a fight with Bradley or a rematch with Maidana would keep the big box office companies interested far more than an inactive Witter,a Lamont Peterson coming off of a disputable draw and a defeat by Bradley himself, or whatever other unknown quantity that Khan is likely to fight next.
Look man Haye Vs Harrison sold pretty well here, the casual fans are easily duped into buying ****ty fights.

Kotelnik is not a better win for Khan than Maidana I don’t care how you want to dress it up.

As for will Khan fight Maidana again its a possible fight down the line who knows I’m not going to questions Khans willingness because that would be idle speculation. Most doubted that he would fight Maidana to begin with even tho he made it clear that he wanted the fight, now people ***** about him not taking an immediate rematch.

Because Arum limited who Manny should fight and Manny chose the worst of the 3....that's what I mean-they are both involved, but Manny signs the dotted line.I'm basically agreeing with you,but adding Arum as a part of the team responsible for this cherry-picking.

I feel the same way about JMM asking Pac for a catchweight as I feel about Pac fighting DLH, Cotto, and Margarito at catchweights. And that is, if you want to fight bigger guys, do it in their home division. If JMM wants a shot at Pac, do it at 147. However, I do find it highly hypocritical that Pac's team on one hand will claim that he's this little guy fighting giants in order to justify his recent run of opponents. Yet, will say he's too heavy to fight below the 147 limit.

I understand. The only thing we disagree on is that I feel Pac is 100% to blame because IMO, Arum is an EMPLOYEE of the Manny Pacquaio Co.

These guys complaining about not getting a fight with Pacquiao they never learn. Get brutally knocked the f*** out or dominated first then start talking about fighting Pacquiao. But they keep winning so they should just stfu. If they don't look like they just come out of the morgue and smelling of formaldehyde then they get no big fight.

All the stiff that Pacquiao's fought 147 and up could all beat Bradley.

Look man-you are comparing chalk to cheese.Sure David Haye and Harrison sold well, but how much more would have sold if Haye fought Klitschko??????

Maidana is a better win based on what? Certainly not official rank, nor belts. He posed a threat based on the fact that he had a hard punch.Maybe we can agree to say that Kotelnik offered more of a reward than Maidana and was ranked higher at the time....if that is not a better win,Khan should trash his belt-lol

The facts are facts. Boxing is such a subjective sport that a person can basically take the facts and twist them to fit their stance. My stance is that Pac's recent run of opponents are laughable, and the facts support that.
