I just don't think you can put Roy Jones on this list based on SKILLS. He was such a terribly flawed technical fighter and once his speed and reflexes began to deteriorate it really showed. He is without a doubt one of the most GIFTED fighters EVER, but skilled, no chance.

And yes, I realise that JMM was outdoing Pac in the technique department for much of their two fights, but that's in the past. Pac has developed much better tekkers since then. Floyd's still on top, and Toney's pretty damn close to him.
