Tim Bradley is about to be the biggest free agent in boxing. Everyone is going to want to sign him, including and especially Top Rank. So of course Arum is going to dangle his cash-cow as a way of inciting the biggest free agent in the game to sign with his company.

Any smart businessman would do the same thing in this position.

Bradley's a charismatic guy and a charismatic fighter. He's not a draw because Gary Shaw doesn't know how to build and promote his fighters.

There's going to be a bidding war for him. Whether he signs with Golden Boy or Top Rank, whether he ends up fighting Floyd Mayweather or Manny Pacquiao, whether he ends up losing or winning, his star is on the rise.

BRADLEY thinks Floyd can beat PAC EASY BUT don't know what makes Floyd SCARED to fight Pac. If Floyd would not fight Pac, then why not give Bradley a chance to prove himself.
