    Check the date.

Four for four now. Saucy Jack is jealous.
You stated that Mayweather offered him a 14 day cutoff as a one off and Pacman refused? You made it sound like he told him that the same day, gave Pacquiao an ultimatum while in negotiations. Saying "It was a one-off and Pacquiao refused" means it was told to Pacquiao "this is you only chance, take or leave it" and he walked. The article is dated February 13th, after Mayweather had signed to fight Mosley. So, he stated over a month after negotiations fell apart that it was a one off, not while negotiating. Pacquiao didn't know that at the time of negotiations so you can't use that as an argument..

Leave the misinformation, propaganda and lies to the politicians, you are no good at it..

Idiot. This is boxing, not a back alley fight.

Actually, we wouldn't know because Pacquiao walked away from negotiations the same day. Furthermore, on February 13th, Pacquiao was still refusing to budge on 24 days. Also note that February 13th is months before Pacquiao changed his mind to 14 and well after cutoffs were far removed from the equation. Five for five?

The issue is not as munch when the testing stops, but what type of testing, for what substances, and whether or not it would be surprised testing. Pac may have agreed to the stoppage date but the Pac camp has not agreed on the type of testing, and that's what the problem is. Heres a short exert from an interview by Grand Rapids Press columnist David Mayowith with Travis Tygart:

As chief executive of the United States Anti-Doping Association, Travis Tygart oversees operations for drug testing for all U.S.-based Olympic athletes. His organization's advocacy and practice of comprehensive, random blood and urine testing also came into play when Floyd Mayweather unsuccessfully sought such testing as a contractual tenet in the failed negotiation for a fight against Manny Pacquiao.

Q: Have you ever spoken with anyone from the Mayweather side about this topic?

A: "Through the Mayweather-Pacquiao discussion, we talked with both camps on a number of occasions about the basics of an effective anti-doping program."

Q: How did the feedback you got from them differ, because, obviously, they had different perspectives on it?

A: "Out of respect for that process I don't want to go into a ton of detail. But it's safe to say that the Mayweather camp wanted the carte blanche, gold-standard program that we run, and the other side didn't want to do that."

Correct Info is vital!!! Ill post this url as soon as I reach 15 posts.
Article dated January 21, 2010... Doesn't apply to second round of negotiations, show me something dated after May 1st, 2010 that shows the same info...

Leave the misinformation, propaganda and lies to the politicians please!

Are you smarter than a fifth grader????
