It's not about the money, it's about egos. Neither guy wanted to be dictated to. Floyd Sr. seems to believe that Mayweather can beat Pacquiao whether on PEDs or not, but then stated right afterward that if he were advising his son, he wouldn't even fight Pacquaio. Team Pacquiao said no to the tests the first time around and supposedly said yes the second time around. Problem is hard to know what is really going on. Ah, the mind games continue...

LMAO you see norm's like yourself are still on the ROID tid bit when what I wrote clearly stated that Pac is NOT on roids. HGH is most likely what he is on, all the positives of roids and none of the negatives. EPO was what Shane was on, did Shane diplay any of the characteristics at that time? Further more BOXING officials were not the ones who discovered Shane used EPO, it was the federal Balco investigation that discovered it. Shane never tested positive either. Official boxing testing, tests for drugs, alcohol and the simplest form of steroids. Boxing does not test for PED's, EPO, more sophisticated steroids that exist now, blood doping or HGH. In fact they go as far as to call the fighter before arriving. LMAO. Traces of any of the substances I just listed can be hidden in 10 minutes.
