Floyd Sr. seems to believe that Mayweather can beat Pacquiao whether on PEDs or not, but then stated right afterward that if he were advising his son, he wouldn't even fight Pacquaio. HGH is most likely what he is on, all the positives of roids and none of the negatives. EPO was what Shane was on, did Shane diplay any of the characteristics at that time? Further more BOXING officials were not the ones who discovered Shane used EPO, it was the federal Balco investigation that discovered it. Shane never tested positive either. Official boxing testing, tests for drugs, alcohol and the simplest form of steroids. Boxing does not test for PED's, EPO, more sophisticated steroids that exist now, blood doping or HGH.
