He seems to be out from under some of the family issues he suffered in the past (father's death, fights with uncles, etc).

Miguel definitely seems happier, more relaxed and more confident.

...and he is getting a career-high payday.

Miguel Cotto has been the classiest guy in boxing the past few years. We need more guys like Cotto in the sport. Best of luck to him.

Like I said in one of my previous threads...
    May 6 I'll be
    TEAM COTTO
    no matter what...

    WAR COTTO...!!!

That fight is alot closer than most people remember. Floyd Sr himself said that Oscar won that fight. Alot of people were begging for a rematch cuz thats how close the fight was.

Oscar was winning the early rounds when he was landing the jab at will. If he would've kept throwing it for 2 more rounds he would've won convincingly.

All floyd did was run, potshot, clinch. Not once did he have Oscar hurt or in trouble.

Now compare that to the Pac-Oscar fight where Pac left ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT who the better boxer was. OK then.

What are the odds of: Cotto vs Mayweather: Split Decision or Draw

        That will definitely mean:
        Cotto vs Mayweather 2

        what you think...?

The funny thing is check_hooks is 100% trolling. Maybe once every 500 posts he will actually post about other boxers and dude really does know a bit and follow the sport. No idea why he trolls this hard though.

There really isn't even a reason for these trolls for exist. For every Bombs or check_hooks just making crap up to troll, there are dozens of people like gapo, tatangb45, puga, spoon23, etc...who actually believe that crap and aren't trolling.

Poe's Law. It is virtually impossible to tell the difference between an actual pacfart and someone just pretending to be one because the idiotic things they believe and say are pretty much indistinguishable.

Fight Night simulation outcome, mayweather TKO7 Cotto

This Saturday, Floyd Mayweather Jr. (42-0, 26 knockouts) will put his undefeated record on the line against one of his toughest opponents to date, Miguel Cotto (37-2, 30 KOs). The majority of fans and boxing media are predicting a win for Mayweather...

So, like ESPN does those Madden simulations, did a boxing one and Mayweather KO's Cotto in the 7th.
            Reasonable?

Probably because when Floyd fought Oscar, Oscar weighed about 164(if I'm not mistaken) and Floyd weighed 148. So the size advantage was there. Also Floyd buckled Oscar's knees twice in that fight from counter right hooks. Also if you know boxing then you would clearly see that Floyd started countering his Jab and that's when Oscar started to stop throwing it as much. Don't be a hater dude.

Yeah it didn't take me long to see who the trolls are, it's so blatantly obvious too. Why are they allowed to roam around real boxing fans?
