Several of them said it. They were Pacquiaomaniacs, not real Pac fans. I can't find the thread, maybe it was merged and deleted in the old Mayweather/Pacquiao master thread. I'm very sure they said it around back in late 2010 or early in 2011.

The most pivotal moment of the whole 24/7 so far. Floyd has his style completely broken down before a punch is even thrown. Cotto was ringside for the Chico fight so...Floyd's been analyzing Cotto since he was a teenager. May 5th is going to be very interesting.
