It's interesting that Floyd and Cotto sign to fight right after Cotto leaves Top Rank. If it wasn't about Top Rank in the first place, why wouldn't Floyd just have fought Cotto in 2010-2011. Cotto is the same guy now that he was from 2009-2010, past his prime-still good. It's just weird.
