I think that group is less than 5%, emphasis on less.

I would say GBP throwing Canelo on the card had less to do with augmenting buys than to get Canelo spotlight and make him look like the next big thing.

That and because he already has a following. They don't need to sell water to a well when they put Canelo out there. He already has his groupies even if he is only 21. I think we're forgetting that Canelo is arguably the most popular fighter in all of Mexico already, which translates well to all the Mexican-Americans here in the US that love boxing.

It is just marketing, they are associating him with Floyd. I am sure he will be real popular, it is wise what they are doing with him.

You can really tell how little a **** the Pacquiao fans care about the sport just from their arguments. They're discrediting a PPV with a solid undercard and slamming a fighter for headlining a good card, in an attempt to elevate a guy and company who have put on crappy undercards regularly to exploit a fanbase. True fans of the sport right there.

Canelo, Cotto, Mosely alone should pull 1million plus.

That said it just means the 1.5 million buys if you divided the viewers who payed for their fighter.

I think 1million are routing for Cotto and Canelo (Puertoricans/Mexicans a like)

Then the 500k is routing for Floyd and Mosely..

Sad really, just shows Floyd's pulling power nowadays.
