Are you kidding me.
You can't see the great variety of shots, the perfect right hook counter he has develop.
The double guard defence, the footwork, the accurate straight left, quicker 99% of jabs.
Manny improvements are plain to see, how can you not see it.
Do you think Marquez would beat Margarito, Clottey, Cotto? Marquez vs Hatton would have been a close fight.

the only reason Morales won that fight was because Manny was blood drained.Last edited by Bushbaby; 02-03-2011, 02:19 PM.

Marquez won more rounds against Manny in the first fight, and Morales beat Pacquiao.
But look at the improvements Manny has made.
Roach said after the Morales fight that he had let Manny's training slack off and was not trying to improve Manny.
The first thing he worked on was Manny's right hand.
Then came footwork, and the in the 2nd Marquez fight Manny started studying the tapes.
Anyone who think Manny is the same fighter now as the Manny that faced Morales is living in cloud cuckoo land.

All you clowns who think Manny just plain outworks people check your punch stats from the Marquez fights. Manny threw right around 600 punches in both fights. Yeah compared to the 1200 he threw against statues like Clottey and Margs. Such a joke. You idiots see what happens when you face a counterpuncher..um yes for all of those who didn't know your punch volume goes down because you can't just throw without repercussion. Not to mention this..do all of you Pac fans not think it will be a significant disadvantage that Pac will have gone at least 3 years without fighting a slick counter puncher if him and Floyd step in the ring? Better get some damn good sparring partners Manny, and no Amir Kahn isn't going to cut it. I would imagine Floyd will have both Zab Judah and Paul Spadafora trading off rounds of sparring for his camp.
the main thing for me is, the size. Floyd just not that big. When he tries to bulk he loses his feet and tends to lie on the ropes or stand in the middle of the ring (see Oscar and Shane fights) he bulked a bit to help him absorb damage. I feel Pacquiao and him will weigh damn near the same only Pacquiao is much stronger and hits much harder. If Floyd can't keep up with his legs he's ****ed even with his precision counters, Pac will run circles around him.
