$80,000 sure is a lot for a not-for-profit organization to charge a fighter for two fights. Thanks to whoever explained that they wanted $50,000 to carry he 135 lb belt down to the ring with him in a 147 lb fight.
I mean, you pay 2k for the belt (or so) when you win um, so the physical belt is your physical property from then on.Comment

WBC is a friggin' joke. I'm loving this. I hope WBC strips Pascal when he goes forward with the Dawson rematch so Pascal can sue them and knock them out once and for all.
Now maybe more people will see why they have the Diamond belt. I'd be curious to see what the sanctioning fees for that are.
WBC collects 3% sanctioning fee from each boxer in a championship fight. They collect some sort of fee just to rank fighters. Not to mention Sulaiman's bribe fees of course.
Remember the WBC convention when Sulaiman put on that show? Fake-Quitting, crocadile tears and everything? LOL. Who were the two men with him? Don King and Ahmet Oner. Isn't it interesting that now Odlanier Solis now has a heavyweight title shot? How many other Oner fighters are getting WBC titles/shots?
WBC needs to go, believe it!Comment
