then if manny didnt not pay the sanc fee for the marquez fight in which he won the WBC SFW belt then this should not count as one of the divisions he won a title in (thou he did win the lineal ring belt so it doeant effect his division count). when Bladomir beat Judah he only got the WBC cuz he didnt pay fees for WBA or IBF belts. So why did the WBC hand over a belt without proper payment?

ok; so if u beat the champ it doesn't make u the champ unless u pay the fees? BS man, if you take WBC....WBA belts away, you will stay with the real champ alone and would take away this ridiculous claim of PAC having so many belts if that's what you are concern about.
