People saying Martinez as a tune up??

I see Martinez as a bigger challenge than Pac.

My guess would be Bradley at 147. Berto would be my next guess.

Both would be acceptable to me.

          That's not right man...

For his comeback he'll fight something overweight. He doesn't fight starved opponents, come on now.

Why not Cotto? From what alot of people on this site and Mayweather fans seem to think that Cotto is washed up. If this is to be true, he brings a bigger name than all the rest and should be an easy victory, which is all Mayweather cares about anyways.( always handpicking his opponents for a sure win) I still think Cotto would give him trouble, but thats coming from a bias Cotto fan. Mayweather has nothing to lose in fighting him now if he is all washed up. Bigger name, more money, and another title. So I say make this his tuneup fight and prove he is as great as he says he is.

I think Cotto would be in good position to get that fight.. He draws enough. Only potential issue being business with Uncle Bob. I think Amir Khan is definitely a favorite for the Mayweather shot. Mayweather really liked his experience against Ricky Hatton with the British fans. Khan can actually draw and has been on PPV already. That fight sells. Berto and Bradley don't sell. I think Khan would have the best chance and it would build more storyline for a Pacquiao showdown.

So who would you like to see him comeback against before a megafight? Let's figure this out before he eventually names someone and we all start b*tching about it.
don't hold your breath on floyd coming back anytime soon.....

and if he does comeback, whoever he fights in his comeback tune up, floyd will make it out that he is taking on the worlds best of the best........

look, floyd has squandered his prime and his career, he is nothing but a side show and cliche' of a stereotypical boxer..........

maybe he'll fight ricky hatton, by the time floyd comes back hatton might come back, then floyd can talk about how great he is, or maybe fight a maliganggi and do the same thing, only thing is, mayweather would never be able to KO maliganggi!!! haha.

either way, he could fight zelenoff and say he's the greatest ever......

until floyd conducts himself as a professional and a human being, he's just a joke and should be given the same attention as a kid on a sugar high temper tantrum............

Mayweather vs Zelenoff would make me very happy.
