Ignorant in that, one, has absolutely NOTHING to do with the other. Floyd Mayweather is not Sugar Ray Leonard. What Sugar Ray Leonard done in his career, isn't some kind of bar that gets set for what Floyd Mayweather should do in his career.
And saying "well so and so did it, so you should too", is one of the lamest ways to look at things.
Basically, you're saying that ANYONE who has been out of the ring for 3 years or less, should be able to come back and immediately fight the absolute best fighter available. All because of what Sugar Ray Leonard did.
See how ****** that sounds?Comment

Whether people want to admit it or not, bars ARE set in sports. That's what separates guys we'll talk about for years to come to guys who are hot today, gone tomorrow. Nobody is saying Floyd should follow Leonard's exact plans (as every fighter should follow their own). My thing is I believe Floyd is physically capable of fighting Pacquiao without needing a tune up. Sue me if I used Ray Leonard as an example.Ignorant in that, one, has absolutely NOTHING to do with the other. Floyd Mayweather is not Sugar Ray Leonard. No offense, but what you believe to be the case, may not always be the actual case.Whether people want to admit it or not, bars ARE set in sports.
