        he won a regional title for IBF & beat aguilera for it...think about stiverne just won 3 in 1 punch last saturday...next month stiverne will be ranked in top 10 & maybe top 5 for the WBC & top 15 for WBA...these minor belts are very important as ive preached for a year now...think chauncey welliver who owns 2...

                The IBF recycles the most old contenders like Peter. Each of the alphabet bandits has a problem with how there organzations are runned. The IBF's problem is how they rate the boxers.
