He didnt have the chance to entertain the thought of a Mayweather fight because he went on vacation. Do you remember what Floyd said when Merchant asked him about Cotto? Arum is about his money and if Floyd was open to the fight and that would have been the biggest payday for Arum thats what would have happend. As far as Williams goes he was high risk low reward and Arum isnt going to take a chance like that unless he has a piece of Williams which he ddidnt.

Also, COtto, SSM and Margarito have all fought each other with one win each between them. With the exception of Pac who wil have fought all 3 of them and the only one to have possibly won all three fights if he beats SSM

Floyd has only fought SSM out of those four. So its plain obvious whose the black sheep and odd one out.

Of course he would because Floyd brings money and that what Arum is about. At first i would say that Manny was the one who was preventing the fight by not taking tests but we all could see now that Floyd just dont want no part of Manny and will even go as far as to stop fighting all together to avoid him. Whatever happend to Floyd's hitlist? As we can see from 2 examples when Floyd is backed into a corner and the public demands he fights someone who at the time is considered a major risk dude goes on vacation or retires.
