Of course he would because Floyd brings money and that what Arum is about. At first i would say that Manny was the one who was preventing the fight by not taking tests but we all could see now that Floyd just dont want no part of Manny and will even go as far as to stop fighting all together to avoid him. As we can see from 2 examples when Floyd is backed into a corner and the public demands he fights someone who at the time is considered a major risk dude goes on vacation or retires.

I dont know the details of the negotiations but i do know that Greenburgh from HBO has said that the Mayweather camp wasnt truthful and there was negotations. The fact that Mayweather even demanded testing in the first place is kind of suspect because in reality Pac never failed any tests and the only thing he did was look too good against Cotto. Im not going to get into this debate because it has been done to death on this site but i think we can just agree to disagree.

The problem is Floyd's travel agent, he keeps on booking him on year or two year vacations, which makes very hard to negotiate fights.
