For those saying that Berto needs to fight someone his own size, for the record Ortiz is actually a little bigger than Berto. Now the only problem I have with this is fight is that Ortiz's first fight at 147 should not be against Berto. Same with a guy like Khan. The fight has potential to be pretty good but the choices Berto and his team have made in the past cause extra scrutiny for every potential opponent. Now some of it is justified and some of it isn't. Either way Ortiz should have a welterweight debut before this fight.Comment

lol so you're going back to when shane got on hbo for the first time? maybe because he was a good prospect back then and he was hyped up nicely by his handlers? but whatever...shane lived up to the hype and expectations so it's all good that he got on hbo. that's something you can't say about berto that's why he's getting all kinds of criticisms.
when it comes to berto and whatever he deserves or not, mosley's name shouldn't be mentioned period.Comment

My point was that while Berto has been taking on ****ty opponents, Cintron doesn't deserve a shot at him in any way, shape or form. Second, everyone starts from somewhere. Clearly Berto and his team are milking it but the idea that Berto shouldn't be on HBO is ludicrous. And that's where the Mosley reference came in. But you, my friend, are too much of a goddamn idiot to pick up on it so I had to write several more posts for your down syndrome ass. And I bet you still don't get it. It's you isn't it, Jack?Comment
