in reality, Vitali has only KOed 71% of the good fighters hes faced. which is actually still decent, but you cant wish away him quitting against Byrd or getting his face torn apart by Lewis.
If the KO% doesn't matter than neither does Tyson's. He knocked out none of the good opponents he faced. There's the problem with your claim.

Hell, by that statement , why even keep fighters records or their KO% at all?

Wlad and Vitali are continually cleaning out the division. They fight every ranked fighter that will fight them. There's nothing else they can do. So there you have it.

Thank you. It's wrong now. It's all about opinion of the site members here. It's not about facts. Wlad has the 3rd most title defenses all time. His resume' is by far not the weakest here.

actually Tyson KOed Berbick, Thomas, Biggs, Tubbs, Spinks, Bruno, Williams, Ruddock, Seldon, and Golota(you can discount that last one if you want).
all good considered good, top fighters while he was fighting.

KO% doesnt matter, its who you beat and how. KOing is just another way to win, although like you I prefer the KO.
simply having a KO doesnt make the win greater. Dominance does, yes, which is why I give the brothers plenty of credit for their exellent, dominant performances, as long as theyre fighting good fighters.

Well done on research and all, but you still fail to realize my point. I'm not comparing them to Wladimir. I'm simply saying Wlad does not have the weakest resume' on that list. I can't dispute your lists as I don't know what those fighters were ranked at the times they fought Ali and Louis but I can tell you the only reason I even know most of those guys names are because they did face Ali and Louis. The rankings you show sound a little high and maybe that shows the state of the division ay thos era's as well. Not because they were truly great fighters or anything. I don't see anyone on that list who definitely beats both Klitschko's if that means anything. But nice try.

Guys like Alejandro Lavorante, Doug Jones, Karl Mildenberger, Jerry Quarry, Joe Bugner, Chuck Wepner, Jimmy Young, Leon Spinks wouldn't even be in the top 25 today. I won't even touch on Louis' record. No need to.

That's nice but if a KO didn't matter, Tyson wouldn't be who he is. Do you think he would've got a title shot @ 20 if it wasn't for his explosive KO record? Uhm, no. As for Tyson's competition, I can't see anyone on that list who at the time would have escaped a 12 round fight with Vitali. No way, no how.
