IMO hearns would beat pacquiao. he might stop him. his straight right was simply way too powerful. his footwork and hand speed weren't terribly far behind pac's when he was at WW. But in all honesty, it's not really fair to pac. Pac is a natural lightweight, or about 137 pounds as manny steward says. hearns probably walked around about 170 at a 6'1'' with a 78'' reach? that's almost a foot longer then manny's lol. . .

PAC WOULD BEAT LEONARD, and DURAN. that is my take.

I don't know why people continue to make this thread, there have been about a dozen of these hearns vs pacquiao fights already.

Further it's super unfair. Hearns is 6'2 pac is 5'6. The only reason pacquiao is a 147 pound fighter today is because he fairs well against the guys currently. If pacquiao was fighting when hearns was a welterweight there is no way pac would be fighting in the same weight class. In short, this fight would have never of happened. Ever.

Same goes for Floyd. Floyd I'm sure would have been a 140 pound fighter.

Guys like Hearns and SRL were really big welterweights. A lot of the welterweights today are small - pac, cotto, floyd. Small guys.

lol jaestix he does kind of have a point. just like some people used to do this to mayweather when he was on top, now that pac is on top, and being talked about in that rare "all time pound for pound (NOT BEST, but top 10 or so)" naturally people are going to try to find historic matchups, and hall of fame fighters from past fistic eras to "beat him". Just keeping it all, I'd say 99% of all floyd bash threads (ive started some myself, i can't lie haha) and manny bash threads are started either by *******s or *****s haha.

This fight would never happen, cause Pac is a SCARED COWARD that ducks the tough challenges.

Pac only fights Old Faded, weight-drained, adn some FIXED FIGHTS.

If Pac is too scared to fight the likes of Berto, Paul Williams, Floyd, etc.

Pac's fight with Margarito DOES NOT count, cause the fight was FIXED, just like Pac-Clottey and Pac-DelaHoya were FIXED.

Pac is such a coward, that the real reason he and Arum went to SHOWTIME, is because they want to avoid Floyd as much as possible and the rest of the HBO fighters that are in the 140 & 147lbs division.

complete mismatch, hearns would kill him. like someone mentioned pac wouldnt fight at 147 if hearns was around today and for good reason. its not bashing pac, its just a unfair fight due to the size differential.
